Surface Studio was born from Hadley Dobson’s career in interior design and Carrie Nenstiel’s career in fine art plus a mutual belief that homes should be beautiful, interesting, and never too serious.

We love a good statement wallpaper, and the kind of spaces that make people ask, “Wait… where did you get that?” While we care deeply about good design, we also believe wallpaper selection should feel fun and never intimidating.

Our goal is simple: add personality to your home and maybe laugh a little while doing it.
